Shipping costs
- The shipping costs are added during the checkout. We offer three options for shipping.
1. You can ship your order with Track & Trace.
2. You can ship your order without Track & Trace. (When you choose to ship your order without Track & Trace and something goes wrong within the shipping it is not our responsibility. We will help to contact PostNL and try to find a solution).
3. You can pick your order up in ’s Gravenzande. You will receive a message when your order is ready to pick up (within five business days). A sensible choice to reduce the burden on the environment, if you come by bike of course :) - Orders will be sent on …
- At this moment it's only possible to order The Netherlands. If you want to order from another country (YAY), send a message and we can work something out.
- Free shipping for all orders above €50 (Netherlands only).
Returning
- Of course we hope you love your new items, but if you’re not content it’s possible to send your items back. You can return the items within 14 days and we will refund your money (for the items + first shipping costs) once we received the items in original state within 7 business days.
- You can only return the item when it’s undamaged and not worn or used (If so The Salty Store can refuse returned items). Items bought at markets cannot be returned.
How to return?
1. Send us a message about your return in the form below and please let us know why you want to return, with the following information (Without this information we can’t process your return).
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Reason for return
2. Make sure you send the items back in the original box, or another box, to the following address:

The shipping costs to send the items back are yours. Please make sure you send the package with Track & Trace. If not and the product is lost, it’s your responsibility.
